How to make it

  • Combine wasabi, mayonnasie and lemon juice and place in a small serving bowl.
  • Add 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper tuna.
  • In a heated grill pan place tuna in. Careful not to overlap.
  • Once one side is grilled, turn over with spatula.
  • Leave centre pink and moist.
  • Line serving platter with diakon sprouts.
  • Use cocktails picks to arrange grilled tuna on platter.
