Tuna With Wasabi Mayonnaise

- 1 lb fresh sushi grade tuna, cut into 1 inch cubes shopping list
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- fresh cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 c real mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tbsp wasabi paste shopping list
- daikon sprouts shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine wasabi, mayonnasie and lemon juice and place in a small serving bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper tuna.
- In a heated grill pan place tuna in. Careful not to overlap.
- Once one side is grilled, turn over with spatula.
- Leave centre pink and moist.
- Line serving platter with diakon sprouts.
- Use cocktails picks to arrange grilled tuna on platter.
