How to make it

  • Wash and dry spinach.
  • Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Cook raisins, pine nuts, apple and shallots in oil about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Stir salt into raisin mixture then gradually add spinach and toss just until spinach is wilted.
  • Serve immediately.
