Spinach Salad

- 2 large bunch fresh spinach shopping list
- 1/2 pound lean bacon cubed shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Thoroughly wash spinach and dry.
- Break into bite size pieces and place in the refrigerator to chill.
- Sauté bacon until crisp then partially drain reserving drippings.
- Add sugar and vinegar then stir until dissolved.
- Heat until bubbly and pour over spinach then serve at once with pepper sprinkled over the top.
