How to make it

  • Trim stew meat and season with salt and pepper
  • Spray the crock pot with Pam
  • Preheat a skillet and sear the stew meat and onion
  • Put meat and onion into crock pot
  • Cover with soup and mushrooms
  • Cook on LOW for 8 hours
  • Stir in sour cream (you can add more depending on your tastes)
  • While that heats, prepare your egg noodles
  • Once finished, serve sauce over noodles
