This recipe I came up with when hubby wanted a cake and I had no eggs, so I used Mayo instead, turned out really good.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/2 cup pancake syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil vegtable
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup water mixed together

Directions
  1. sift flour and sugar together
  2. add other ingrediants
  3. pour into cake pan
  4. bake until done
  5. add favorite frosting , I use my recipe for chocolate frosting
