- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 2 28.oz cans of diced tomatos shopping list
- a tablespoon of finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef shopping list
- salt, adobo,pepper shopping list
How to make it
- first pour a little oil in the pot and saute the finely cut onions and garlic along with a bit of salt, pepper and adobo
- after you have done that you want to throw in the meat and let it get atlittle brown but done cook it all the way (spin the meat with the other ingredients so it get in the flavor)
- after meat is cooked a bit about 3-4 minutes after it was put in add the tomatos to the mix
- give the sause a spin and let it cook for about 20 minutes but check to make sure it isnt burning after the 20 minutes thats when you have to watch it
- when the meat is fully cooked you should taste the sause and see what it needs (add salt pepper and adobo to you liking)
- in all the sauce should cook anywhere from and 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours i think the longer the better to really get a great taste
