Ingredients
  • 1- onion
  • 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 TB chopped garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/8 cup adobo

Directions
  1. First you want to saute your chopped onions and garlic for a few minutes till tender (i prefer to finely chop my onions)
  2. after that add in you diced tomatoes and water
  3. watch that sauce for about 30 minutes and then start to add in your salt pepper and adobo
  4. in order for the sauce to cook right you have to watch it and spin it often you should let the sauce cook for about 3 hours for a really good taste and add seasoning (salt, pepper etc.) to your liking
