Mediterranean Stuffed Mussels Recipe
i am currently a budding butcher chef. My chef is a free fun lovin person who lets me experiment with whatever(leftovers) available. my sous chef and execitive chefs commented me on this

Ingredients
  • 6 half shell mussels
  • For the stuffing:
  • 10 gms chopped onion.
  • 10 gms chopped celery(finely)
  • 10 gms chopped coriander leaf
  • 5 gms chopped green chilli
  • 10gms bread crumbs
  • 5gms finely chopped garlic
  • 15 gms grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 gms butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. mix all the stuffing ingredients well and check the taste
  2. slightly open the mussels(dont tear it open)
  3. take the stuffing and place it inthe mussel.
  4. cook 4 min on the shell side and 3 min on the fish side
  5. voila ready to eat
