i am currently a budding butcher chef. My chef is a free fun lovin person who lets me experiment with whatever(leftovers) available. my sous chef and execitive chefs commented me on this
Ingredients
- 6 half shell mussels shopping list
- For the stuffing: shopping list
- 10 gms chopped onion. shopping list
- 10 gms chopped celery(finely) shopping list
- 10 gms chopped coriander leaf shopping list
- 5 gms chopped green chilli shopping list
- 10gms bread crumbs shopping list
- 5gms finely chopped garlic shopping list
- 15 gms grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 5 gms butter shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- mix all the stuffing ingredients well and check the taste
- slightly open the mussels(dont tear it open)
- take the stuffing and place it inthe mussel.
- cook 4 min on the shell side and 3 min on the fish side
- voila ready to eat
