HONEY RASPBERRY SMOOTHIES This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Olsen Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1 cup powdered nondairy creamer
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions
  1. Place half of each ingredient in a blender then cover and process on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into a pitcher.
  3. Repeat then refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Stir before serving.
