How to make it

  • Warm butter in a pan over low heat while you mix eggs and water.
  • Salt until blended and frothy.
  • When butter is bubbly tip to coat sides of pan and pour in eggs.
  • Turn heat to moderate high bake each side to a light brown.
  • Put on warm plate, then cover with jam and fold.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
