How to make it
- Warm butter in a pan over low heat while you mix eggs and water.
- Salt until blended and frothy.
- When butter is bubbly tip to coat sides of pan and pour in eggs.
- Turn heat to moderate high bake each side to a light brown.
- Put on warm plate, then cover with jam and fold.
- Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
