How to make it

  • Dice onions
  • Place in pot until golden brown
  • Take Onions out of pot and place lamb in pot
  • braise on both side until nice and brown.
  • add onion to lamb.
  • place diced potato on top of meat
  • add salt and pepper on each layer
  • (DO NOT STIR)
  • place carrot on top of potato
  • salt and pepper
  • (DO NOT STIR)
  • dilute 1 mutton stock in hot water and add to pot
  • cook for 20mins with lid on
  • add butternut and add some water
  • cook for 20 mins
  • salt and pepper (WHAT EVER YOU DO< DO NOT STIR)
  • then finally you add the broccoli first and then tomato
  • this meal is then ready to serve on a bed of rice-perfect for winter time!
