Mexican Crock Pot Chicken Recipe
This is a super simple, delicious dish. You really just have to put everything together and let it sit, then enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 4 veggie chicken breasts (Quorn brand)
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) jar salsa, any kind
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Directions
  1. Put 4 frozen veggie chicken breasts into crock pot.
  2. Add 1 can of black beans, 1 jar of salsa, and 1 can of corn.
  3. Set crock pot on high for about 2 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. After 2 hours, drop cream cheese on top, reduce to low, and cook for about 1/2 hour more.
  5. Serve (particularly good with Mexican rice or tortilla chips).
  6. (Note: If you use real chicken breasts, you'll need to cook this for an additional 2 hours.)
