Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz cool whip
  • 1 lg pack vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 tblsp vanila
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package, 20 oz oreo cookies, crushed

Directions
  1. crush cookies and set aside
  2. mix butter and cream cheese until well blended
  3. prepare pudding mix by adding 3 cups cold milk, beat well and chill
  4. blend pudding and butter cream cheese mixture together
  5. add vanila and sugar, blend well
  6. add cool whip and mix until well blended
  7. use half of crushed cookies to cover bottom 8 X 10 dish
  8. pour wet mixture over cookies
  9. top with remaining crushed cookies
  10. chill 4 to 6 hours, or overnight
