How to make it

  • Cut chicken into breast halves, wings, thighs and legs.
  • Sprinkle tops or skin side with 1 tablespoon of the seasoning salt
  • Cook chicken indirectly , skin side down over a 60 charcoal briquette fire on a 22 1/2 inch kettle grill or a gas grill if prefered. The chickien should be 10-12 inches from medium heat. Cover and grill for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, turn the chicken, sprinkle with the other tablespoon of seasoning salt, cover and cook another 15-20 minutes or until done.
