Ingredients
  • 1 whole 3 pound Fryer Chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons Lawry's seasoning Salt

Directions
  1. Cut chicken into breast halves, wings, thighs and legs.
  2. Sprinkle tops or skin side with 1 tablespoon of the seasoning salt
  3. Cook chicken indirectly , skin side down over a 60 charcoal briquette fire on a 22 1/2 inch kettle grill or a gas grill if prefered. The chickien should be 10-12 inches from medium heat. Cover and grill for about 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, turn the chicken, sprinkle with the other tablespoon of seasoning salt, cover and cook another 15-20 minutes or until done.
