- 1 (9-ounce) pkg frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 3 T commercial oil-free Italian dressing shopping list
- 1/2 cup light ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 2 T nonfat sour cream shopping list
- 1/8 tsp hot sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 (16-ounce) Italian bread shell (such as Boboli) shopping list
- 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 yellow tomato, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/8 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cracked pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine artichokes and Italian dressing; toss gently. Cover and chill 1 hour; drain.
- Combine artichokes, ricotta cheese, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
- Spread artichoke mixture evenly over bread shell. Arrange tomato slices over artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake at 450 for 15 to 18 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 6 servings.
