How to make it

  • Combine artichokes and Italian dressing; toss gently. Cover and chill 1 hour; drain.
  • Combine artichokes, ricotta cheese, and next 4 ingredients, stirring well.
  • Spread artichoke mixture evenly over bread shell. Arrange tomato slices over artichoke mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake at 450 for 15 to 18 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 6 servings.
