Fruit Wine Recipe

Ingredients

3 pounds fruit any type

3 pounds granulated sugar

1 packet fast acting yeast

1 gallon warm water

Directions

In a large glass or plastic container place diced sliced or mashed fruit.

Add sugar, yeast and warm water.

Stir well then cover with a cloth and allow to stand 40 days.

Strain then filter.
