How to make it

  • Stretch dough to fit well greased rectangular pan.
  • With end of spoon or fingers poke holes in dough but not all the way through.
  • Spread olive oil over dough then sprinkle with onion salt and green onions.
  • Let dough rise uncovered in a warm place until almost double in size about 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 450 for 15 minutes.
