This is so good just like it is or dolloped over a hot peach or apple pie. I got this recipe from an innkeeper at a bed and breakfast in Canton, Texas about 10 years ago.

Ingredients
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Stir together all ingredients and freeze.
  2. Delicious as a topping for apple pie.
