How to make it

  • Soften gelatin in cold water then dissolve over hot water.
  • Place berries, sugar, salt, egg white and lemon juice in large bowl of mixer.
  • Whip until mixture holds a peak then whip in gelatin mixture and pile in pastry shell.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and berries then chill thoroughly.
