Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes (leave skins on)
  • Put in boiling water - cook until tender
  • While boiling the potatoes fry the bacon over medium heat
  • Drain the potatoes
  • Combine the potatoes, bacon, onion, celery, and crabmeat in a large bowl
  • Add a few good shakes of Old Bay seasoning.
  • Add mayo, starting with 2 T and gently fold together with a large spoon or by hand. Continue adding mayo until everything is well lubricated.
  • Serve.
  • I don't add salt as the bacon adds enough for my taste, but you can certainly season as you desire.

This sounds wonderful! Believe it or not but I always end up with leftover King Crab, this will be a great addition to the potato salad.
