How to make it

  • Warm the tortillas so they are more flexible for rolling ( I use my microwave ).
  • Spread with hummus, layer on the desired amounts of vegetables, then chicken, pieces of avocado and drizzle on the desired dressing.
  • Wrap carefully so filling stays intact and place seam side down on
  • serving dish.
  • Slice in half on the diagonal.
  • Serve with fresh fruit.
  • Makes a filling and delicious meal. Variations: use (soy based )bacon , different kinds of sprouts, cooked brown rice, cooked black beans etc.
