Grilled Veal Chops with Gremolata

- 1/3 cup chopped parsley shopping list
- Rind of 1 lemon, minced shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
- 2 veal Loin Chops shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat grill over high heat
- Bring veal chops to room temperature
- In a medium bowl combine the first four ingredients, mix well.
- When hot, turn grill to medium high.
- Place chops on grill and cook for 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chops from grill and squeeze on juice from denuded lemon.
- Let chops rest for 5 - 10 minutes
- Place a generous tablespoon of gremolata on each chop.
- Serve with an Oregon Pinot Noir
