Grilled Veal Chops With Gremolata Recipe
This meal takes advantage of gremolata, a versatile addition to any grilled meat.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • Rind of 1 lemon, minced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 2 Veal Loin Chops

Directions
  1. Pre-heat grill over high heat
  2. Bring veal chops to room temperature
  3. In a medium bowl combine the first four ingredients, mix well.
  4. When hot, turn grill to medium high.
  5. Place chops on grill and cook for 5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove chops from grill and squeeze on juice from denuded lemon.
  7. Let chops rest for 5 - 10 minutes
  8. Place a generous tablespoon of gremolata on each chop.
  9. Serve with an Oregon Pinot Noir
