PISTACHIO PUDDING This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Clover Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1989.

Ingredients
  • 1 small package pistachio pudding
  • 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/4 cup lemon lime soda
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and allow to refrigerate overnight.
