Sally Burgers Recipe
These burgers are great. I make them when my husband is grilling and when we go camping. They are a real family favorite!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • a little worcestershire sauce
  • a bit of bbq sauce
  • dash of tobasco
  • cajun or hickory seasoning
  • any other flavors you think you might like in a burger
  • buns
  • swiss cheese slices
  • fresh spinach leaves
  • avocado
  • mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Put egg and bread crumbs in large bowl and mix together with fork
  2. Add sauces and seasonings--start with less, you can always add more later
  3. Add ground sirloin and mix well (this step works best when you mix with your hands)
  4. Form into patties and cook 'em up the way you like 'em -- sometimes we grill sometimes they are cooked on the stove
  5. Put onto buns and top with mayo, swiss cheese, avocado and spinach leaves
  6. Serve
