How to make it
- Scald cream with cinnamon stick in a double boiler.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar then slowly beat into cream and cook stirring constantly until thick.
- Discard cinnamon stick then remove from heat.
- Cool chill and freeze in ice cream maker according to directions.
