Apricot Nectar Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Mix all ingredients together adding one egg at a time.
  • Mix with a wooden spoon until spoon will stand alone in middle of mixture in the bowl.
  • Spray a tube pan with cooking spray then pour mixture into pan and bake 1 hour.
  • Turn out of pan while hot.
  • Combine powdered sugar and remaining nectar and heat until well mixed.
  • Drizzle over cake while cake is hot.
