This is an awesome recipe. Another one I obtained from my niece Lexie. While in Germany she learned how to cook from a Lieutenant's wife who took all the young girls under her wing while the guys were in Iraq. Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1 package cherry gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup tangerine segments shopping list
- 1 cup diced pears shopping list
- 1 cup crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 cup diced peaches shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
How to make it
- Whip cream cheese together with mayonnaise and confectioners sugar.
- Mix gelatin together with water then fold into cheese mix then blend in fruit.
- Whip cream and fold into salad then pour into tube pan or mold then cover and freeze.
- Unmold by immersing pan into very hot water then turn onto a serving platter.
