Ingredients
  • Group 1
  • 1 bellpepper
  • 1 chorizo tube (pork has more flavor in my opinion)
  • 1/2 fist full chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 onion (red)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • dash pepper/salt (optional)
  • Group 2
  • 1 dozen beatened eggs with a touch of milk

Directions
  1. 1. spray pan with pan
  2. 2. mix group one ingredients and cook until choritzo is all melted...
  3. 3. Fold in Group 2 ingredients and cook until soft and fluffy... (should look somewhat scrambled)
  4. 4. serve warm flour tortillas or white rice
