Blueberry-Orange Scones

- 2 1/4 cups packaged biscuit mix shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1 egg, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp finely shredded orange peel shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries shopping list

- sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the biscuit mix, 1/3 cup milk, the egg, and the orange peel until a soft dough forms.
- Carefully fold in the blueberries.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Lightly knead 10 times or until nearly smooth.
- Pat the dough into a 6-inch circle.
- Cut into 6 wedges.
- Arange the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush with the additional milk and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden. Serve warm
