Ingredients
  • 1 cup Raw Wheat Dalia (a semi crushed powder of wheat)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup thick curd seived
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or according to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee

Directions
  1. Wash the wheat dalia nicely to remove any dirt traces
  2. Put the washed dalia with water in a pressure cooker and take 4 wistles on slow flame.
  3. Swicth off the gas and let the heat air evaporate and pressure cooker opens automatically
  4. Now pour in curd and switch on the gas and keep stirring continuesly for 5 miutes or till it starts to ticken.
  5. Add salt and ghee over it mix with the spoon and cook for another 1 minute.
  6. Serve hot
