How to make it

  • Wash the wheat dalia nicely to remove any dirt traces
  • Put the washed dalia with water in a pressure cooker and take 4 wistles on slow flame.
  • Swicth off the gas and let the heat air evaporate and pressure cooker opens automatically
  • Now pour in curd and switch on the gas and keep stirring continuesly for 5 miutes or till it starts to ticken.
  • Add salt and ghee over it mix with the spoon and cook for another 1 minute.
  • Serve hot
