smoked kingfish spread

- 10-12 ozs smoked kingfish or spanish mackrel, skin and bones removed shopping list
- 2 tablespoons good olive oil shopping list
- 8 oz. philly cream cheese shopping list
- small onion , minced shopping list
- juice and zest of one lemon shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped shopping list
- dash of tobasco sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- canned condensed milk shopping list
How to make it
- grate smoked kingfish on vegetable grater
- add cream cheese, olive oil, vegetables, salt and pepper, lemon juice and zest and tobasco, thuroughly mix with fork
- add condensed milk until texture is as desired
- serve with crackers or thinly sliced toasted baguette
