Ingredients
  • 180 gr. de pasta fresca
  • 250 gr. de puerros
  • 2 huevos
  • 1 yema
  • 2 dl. de crema fresca
  • 40 gr. de mantequilla
  • 2 cdas. de grano de sésamo
  • sal, pimienta, nuez moscada

Directions
  1. Extender un poco de mantequilla con la mano en el molde.
  2. Extender la pasta.
  3. En una sartén poner a fundir la mantequilla y añadir los puerros cortados en finas rodajas. Dejarlos freír a fuego lento durante 15 minutos sin dejar de mover.
  4. En una ensaladera, batir los huevos, la nata líquida, la sal, la pimienta y la nuez moscada.
  5. Precalentar el horno a 180°C (termostato 6).
  6. Echar los puerros encima de la pasta y después la preparación.
  7. Espolvorear con granos de sésamo y meterlo en el horno durante unos 25 minutos.
