- 1 packet of Arnotts Butternut snap biscuits shopping list
- 300gm diced dried apricots shopping list
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut shopping list
- 1/4 cup nestle condensed milk shopping list
- extra coconut to roll in shopping list
How to make it
- finely crush the biscuits and place in a bowl.
- Add in the diced dried apricots, condensed milk and coconut.
- Mix well until clumpy.
- Take a teaspoonful of mixture and roll into a ball.
- Toss into the coconut and completely cover then shake off the excess..
- Place on a plate.
- When all is done put in the firdge. It is advisable to keep them in the fridge as heat will make them overly soft.
