Mixed Berry Smoothie

- Fresh or frozen mixed berries - 1 1/2 cup shopping list
- milk - 3/4 cup shopping list
- Low fat yogurt - 1/8 cup shopping list
- orange juice - 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed shopping list
- honey - 1 tbsp shopping list
- Flaxseed or wheatgerm - 1 tbsp shopping list
- sugar - 2 tsp (Or to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Add all the above ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Check for sugar, add more sugar or honey if required.
- Pour into glasses and serve cold.
