Ingredients
  • Fresh or frozen mixed berries - 1 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • Low fat yogurt - 1/8 cup
  • Orange juice - 2 tbsp, freshly squeezed
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Flaxseed or wheatgerm - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp (Or to taste)

Directions
  1. Add all the above ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Check for sugar, add more sugar or honey if required.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve cold.

Great taste specialy if you cut out the sugar completely as then the real taste of the berries is brought out


Good idea for an in season after bike ride pick me up. Tasty, but expensive out of season.
