How to make it

  • Mix or blend egg yolks, maple syrup, soy yogurt, soy milk, and vanilla.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, following the instructions of the machine or cover and place final mixture in the freezer and stir every 15 minutes until desired thickness.
