Nacho Bake

- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 12 oz. shells and cheese (elbow macaroni doesn't work quite as well) shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning shopping list
- 3/4 c. water shopping list
- 3/4 c. sour cream shopping list
- 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3/4 c. salsa shopping list
- 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Preheat oven to 400.
- 2. Make shells & cheese according to package directions.
- 3. Brown meat; drain. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir sour cream into shells & cheese.
- 5. Spoon 1/2 of mixture into 8 inch square dish. Top with layers of meat mixture and 1/2 of the cheese and then remaining shells and cheese mixture.
- 6. Cover and bake 15 minutes.
- 7. Top with salsa, remaining cheese, and tortilla chips.
- 8. Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
