A recipe for Orange Julius found on an old recipe card labeled "Beverage Recipe from the kitchen of Helen Cook", found in an old cedar recipe box that has some familiar Cook family recipes.

Ingredients
- 1 can frozen orange juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- several ice cubes
- optional: mint leaves as garnish
Directions
- Put all ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth (1.5 minutes)
- Garnish with mint leaves

I think a better way to make this would be to use fresh OJ and vanilla ice cream, but without experimentation to compare flavors, I think I'll stick with Grandma Cook's old recipe from the cedar recipe box for now.
