Ingredients
  • 250 g of strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar of Xeres
  • 2 tbsps of olive oil
  • 3 tbsps bread crumbs
  • fresh basil leaves (amount depends on your preference)
  • 1 glass of cold water

Directions
  1. Clean and cut the heads of your strawberries. Put in an electric mixer all the ingredients and give a good blend according to your desired consistency. Refrigerate for about an hour.
