How to make it

  • With a large meat fork puncture holes in both sides of steaks and place in shallow casserole.
  • Combine beer, red pepper, garlic, cumin and chili powder to form a marinade then pour over beef.
  • Marinate 2 hours at cool room temperature.
  • Preheat broiler.
  • Remove meat from marinade and place on rack of broiler pan.
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper then broil to desired doneness.
