Mexican Steak

- 4 steaks trimmed of fat shopping list
- 12 ounces dark beer shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper flakes shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- With a large meat fork puncture holes in both sides of steaks and place in shallow casserole.
- Combine beer, red pepper, garlic, cumin and chili powder to form a marinade then pour over beef.
- Marinate 2 hours at cool room temperature.
- Preheat broiler.
- Remove meat from marinade and place on rack of broiler pan.
- Season both sides with salt and pepper then broil to desired doneness.
