Mexican Steak Recipe
Yummy is all I can see. Another one of my sister-in-laws recipes. These are so good and bursting with flavors. She uses ribeyes, but they are also good with strips steaks and filets. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 steaks trimmed of fat
  • 12 ounces dark beer
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. With a large meat fork puncture holes in both sides of steaks and place in shallow casserole.
  2. Combine beer, red pepper, garlic, cumin and chili powder to form a marinade then pour over beef.
  3. Marinate 2 hours at cool room temperature.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Remove meat from marinade and place on rack of broiler pan.
  6. Season both sides with salt and pepper then broil to desired doneness.
