Rhubarb pineapple Pie

- rhubarb 2 Cups shopping list
- pineapple (crushed) shopping list
- sugar 1- Cup shopping list
- butter 2 Tbsp. shopping list
- flour 2 1/2 Tbsp. shopping list
- salt Pinch shopping list
- brown sugar 2 Tbsp. shopping list
- milk 2 Tbsp. shopping list
- Pastry for a 2 crust pie shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first six ingredients until well mixed. Have a two crust batch of pie dough prepared. Pour rhubarb mixture into bottom crust. Wet edge of crust with cold water and place top crust cut with vents on the top. Seal.
- Mix brown sugar and milk and brush top of pie crust with this sugar mixture.
- Bake in 400* F (180*) and continue baking for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
