Marinated mushrooms

- 1 kg closed mushrooms shopping list
- 1 cup (250ml) sunflower oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain white vinegar shopping list
- 3 leaves bay laurel (may be dry) shopping list
- 1.5 TS salt shopping list
- 0.5 TS milled pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash very well the mushrooms, cut the stems; keep them for any mushroom meal
- Put all the caps together will all other ingredients in a big pot
- Boil it on midlle heat till water and vinegar evaporate
- Put the mushrooms and the remainig oil in a jar, close it an store it cool (not in the fridge). Still perfect a cuple of weeks
- Serve as appetizer cosidering 3-4 pcs for each person
- When all mushrooms are eaten, use the oile for any salad dipp, sauce or dressing
