How to make it

  • Wash very well the mushrooms, cut the stems; keep them for any mushroom meal
  • Put all the caps together will all other ingredients in a big pot
  • Boil it on midlle heat till water and vinegar evaporate
  • Put the mushrooms and the remainig oil in a jar, close it an store it cool (not in the fridge). Still perfect a cuple of weeks
  • Serve as appetizer cosidering 3-4 pcs for each person
  • When all mushrooms are eaten, use the oile for any salad dipp, sauce or dressing
