How to make it

  • 1.Caramelize brown sugar in llanera. Make sure there is equal distribution of sugar. Set aside.
  • 2. Blend squash, cornstarch, evaporated milk, and sugar.
  • 3. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  • 4. Pour in llanera and steam for 15-20 minutes or until fork inserted comes out clean.
  • 5. Refrigerate.

    dynie, llanera is like a small pie pan, made of aluminum, it's shallow loaf pan

    I'm sorry, but even with Google, Dictionary.com, and Babelfish.com, I can't seem to find out what a llanera.....Help.
