This is my favorite recipe very healthy...most kids love this.

Ingredients
  • Brown sugar
  • 1 cup squash, peeled boiled and mashed
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions
  1. 1.Caramelize brown sugar in llanera. Make sure there is equal distribution of sugar. Set aside.
  2. 2. Blend squash, cornstarch, evaporated milk, and sugar.
  3. 3. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  4. 4. Pour in llanera and steam for 15-20 minutes or until fork inserted comes out clean.
  5. 5. Refrigerate.

I'm sorry, but even with Google, Dictionary.com, and Babelfish.com, I can't seem to find out what a llanera.....Help.
