It's really nice and easy to do. The "Upgrade" come from the flovoring, because they are more and more one by one. It has a lucky meaning :)

Ingredients
  • Chicken Wings 1000g
  • oil 50ml
  • Wine 1/2cup
  • Sugar 1cup
  • Vinegar 1.5cup
  • sauce 2cup (it's "Jiang You" in chinese)
  • water 2.5cup

Directions
  1. Put the oil into the pot
  2. put in the chicken wings when the pot is heating-up
  3. put in the wine, sugar, vinegar, sauce and water one by one. We must use this order, or it will destroy the flavor of this dish.
  4. use middle firepower till the water boling and then change to the little firepower.
  5. stew until the succus becomes thick.
  6. done!
  7. PS: We can also use orage juice, tea, or other juice to replace the water, it'll have another flavor.
  8. PS': We can also add some potatos :)
