Rava Kesari

This is easy to make.we can make during party time.kidz love it.adding sugar is up to ur taste.my friends always love my kesari....
Ingredients
- 1 C Rava shopping list
- ghee or dalda(vanaspathi) shopping list
- Casewnuts.raisins roasted in ghee shopping list
- 2 C water shopping list
- 11/2 C sugar shopping list
- 2-3 cardamoms shopping list
- A Pinch of Coloring Powder (red or yellow ) shopping list
How to make it
- Roast the Rava in ghee or Dalda.set aside
- In a Pan,add water,sugar and when they dissolved &started to boil
- Add the Rava,colouring powder,cardamoms
- Stir continously,making sure no lumps form
- Then add the casewnuts,raisins..
- pour it in a greased try & cut into desired shapes
