How to make it

  • Mix chips with flour and set aside
  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt
  • Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl till smooth
  • Beat in sugar and vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating in well.
  • On low speed alternatly beat in flour and liquer till blended. Fold in the chips.
  • Pour batter innto a well greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
  • Bake 325F for 55 minutes or tested done in center with toothpick.
  • Cool 10 mins on rack and remove from pan to cool completely.
  • Dust with powder sugar.
  • Tastes best the next day when flavors allowed to mellow.
