Irish Cream Pound Cake

- 1/4 cup chcoclate chips mixed with 1 tsp cake flour shopping list
- 2 3/4 cups cake flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 10 Tbs butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 3/4 cup irish cream liquer shopping list
- powdered sugar to dust cake shopping list
How to make it
- Mix chips with flour and set aside
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt
- Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl till smooth
- Beat in sugar and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating in well.
- On low speed alternatly beat in flour and liquer till blended. Fold in the chips.
- Pour batter innto a well greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
- Bake 325F for 55 minutes or tested done in center with toothpick.
- Cool 10 mins on rack and remove from pan to cool completely.
- Dust with powder sugar.
- Tastes best the next day when flavors allowed to mellow.
