Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chcoclate chips mixed with 1 tsp cake flour
  • 2 3/4 cups cake flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 10 Tbs butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup Irish cream liquer
  • powdered sugar to dust cake

Directions
  1. Mix chips with flour and set aside
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt
  3. Beat cream cheese and butter in a bowl till smooth
  4. Beat in sugar and vanilla.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating in well.
  6. On low speed alternatly beat in flour and liquer till blended. Fold in the chips.
  7. Pour batter innto a well greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
  8. Bake 325F for 55 minutes or tested done in center with toothpick.
  9. Cool 10 mins on rack and remove from pan to cool completely.
  10. Dust with powder sugar.
  11. Tastes best the next day when flavors allowed to mellow.
