Spanish bean soup garbanzo

- 2 chorizos (spanish sausage) sliced shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 3 or 4 medium potatoes diced (save water for soup) shopping list
- 4 cans garbanzo beans with liquid shopping list
- large pinch of saffron threads shopping list
- water shopping list
- 1 c. cubed ham shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in a large pot nad simmer for several hours.
- Leftover soup will keep at least a week, and gets better the longer it sits.
- You can also add ham hocks if you like.
