Savory Baked Beans

An excellent dish to take to a family cook-out. The best part is that it bakes for a long time to enhance all the different ingredients together.
Ingredients
- 2 (29-oz.) cans pork and beans shopping list
- 2 med. green peppers, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 med. onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 lb. lean bacon, cut in pieces shopping list
- 1 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and put in 2 medium sized or 1 large casserole dish.
- Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover the last 30 minutes of cooking.
