Ingredients

How to make it

  • If you haven't cooked the chicken yet, I recommend thyme, salt, pepper and chicken flavor in water to boil until done. Then cut them up in desired sized bites.
  • Cook the pasta
  • While the pasta cooks, dice the onion and celery and put in a large bowl along with the olives.
  • Add the chicken after it has cooled a bit
  • Drain the pasta (rinse in cold water if desired) and add to contents of bowl. Mix up well.
  • Add Mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Best is to let it refrigerate for a few hours for the flavor to really develop, however, it never seems to last that long in my house. Also, for a family of 5, there are leftovers for several of us the next day.

I think I'd have to add a bit of sour to the dressing, but otherwise it's a winner for me!
