Taco Beef Pot Pie Recipe
This is very easy to throw together for a quick meal.

Ingredients
  • 2 (8-oz.) cans refrigerated cresent rolls, divided
  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Unroll 1 can cresent rolls and press into a lightly greased 9x13-in pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned..
  4. Cook meat and onion in a large skillet, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.
  5. Drain.
  6. Stir in cheddar cheese and remaining 5 ingredients; spoon over crust.
  7. Unroll remaining can of cresent rolls on a lightly floured surface and shape into a rectangle, pressing perforations to seal.
  8. Cut into 1 inch strips.
  9. Arrange strips in a lattice design over beef mixture.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
  11. Let stand 10 minutes.
  12. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
