Home Made Healthy Museli Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 small tin peanuts (skinned and halved)
  • 3 pieces of palm sugar (jaggery)
  • 1 cup oats/ muesli
  • 100grams of cooking chocolate
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup prunes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 to 4 TBS of corn syrup

Directions
  1. Heat the palm sugar on slow fire...it burns quickly (do not add water) when
  2. it is melted add the cooking chocolate and melt it. After a syrup is formed immediately add all the other ingredients and stir continuously so that it doesn't get burnt. Add the corn syrup last so that it binds everything. Grease a 1 inch high dish and pour the mixture into it and flatten it...then cut into desired shape and size and wrap in foil....my family loves it.
