How to make it

  • Heat the palm sugar on slow fire...it burns quickly (do not add water) when
  • it is melted add the cooking chocolate and melt it. After a syrup is formed immediately add all the other ingredients and stir continuously so that it doesn't get burnt. Add the corn syrup last so that it binds everything. Grease a 1 inch high dish and pour the mixture into it and flatten it...then cut into desired shape and size and wrap in foil....my family loves it.
