Home made healthy museli bars

- 1 small tin peanuts (skinned and halved) shopping list
- 3 pieces of palm sugar (jaggery) shopping list
- 1 cup oats/ muesli shopping list
- 100grams of cooking chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried apricots (chopped) shopping list
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped) shopping list
- 1/2 cup prunes (chopped) shopping list
- 1/2 cup raisins shopping list
- 3 to 4 TBS of corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the palm sugar on slow fire...it burns quickly (do not add water) when
- it is melted add the cooking chocolate and melt it. After a syrup is formed immediately add all the other ingredients and stir continuously so that it doesn't get burnt. Add the corn syrup last so that it binds everything. Grease a 1 inch high dish and pour the mixture into it and flatten it...then cut into desired shape and size and wrap in foil....my family loves it.
